Come and enjoy these areas with us while you still can. Swamp tours are guided, beginner and intermediate paddles through the bayous, swamps and rivers around New Orleans. We will take you past beautiful cypress groves, abandoned houseboats, and exotic wildlife. Tours locations vary and are dependent on water levels and weather.
Our paddle locations include Manchac Swamp, Honey Island Swamp, Cane Bayou, and Bayou St. John. We live for the opportunity to share our passion for the outdoors with you.
We kayak through old moss strewn cypress swamps where the pirate Jean Lafitte once roamed. During your tour we search for wildlife, such as, turtles, alligators, bald eagles, egret, blue heron, pileated woodpeckers, mink, otter, wild boar, and SWAMP PEOPLE! If you?re lucky you may even encounter the elusive Honey Island Swamp Monster or Cajun Werewolf, The Rougarou! A Secluded, Calm & pristine setting.

|Duration||This tour lasts 2-2.5 hours dependent on travel, please plan to spend atleast half the day|
|Weather Dependency||The guide will decide weather and water conditions prior to each trip. If weather conditions are not favorable, you may reschedule. Please keep in mind that any weather realted chages are for your safety. Your understanding in case of these circumstances is appreciated.|
|What to Wear||Please wear comfortable and weather appropriate clothing. High heels are not recommended. What to Bring: Swimsuit or light layered synthetic clothing, wind breaker/fleece if cooler, change of clothes, towel, hat, sunglasses, sunglasses retainer, waterproof camera, water. Gratuity is not included in kayak tour price. Your guide works hard to ensure your safety and well being.|
